Herb Roasted Vegetables

  • Prep Time: 20 Minutes (Total Time 50 Minutes)
  • Serving Size: 6
  • 5 cups Cut-up Assorted Fresh Fall Vegetables, Such As Carrots, Onions, Parsnips, Rutabagas And Turnips
  • 1/3 cup KRAFT Light Zesty Italian Reduced Fat Dressing
  • 1/3 cup KRAFT 100 Percent Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • PREHEAT oven to 450°F. Toss vegetables with dressing and cheese. PLACE vegetable mixture in lightly greased foil-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan. BAKE 40 to 45 min. or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.

    Use Your Grill Preheat grill to medium heat. Toss vegetables with dressing and cheese; place in prepared pan as directed. Grill 40 to 45 min. or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
