Pancakes With Cinnamon-cheese Stuffing

  • Serving Size: 4
  • 1 cup POLLY-O Natural Part Skim Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 4 Frozen Pancakes (4 Inches), Toasted
  • MIX ricotta cheese, sugar and cinnamon until well blended.

    SPOON evenly over pancakes. Fold pancakes over filling to enclose.
