Pancakes With Cinnamon-cheese Stuffing

- 1 cup POLLY-O Natural Part Skim Ricotta Cheese
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 4 Frozen Pancakes (4 Inches), Toasted
MIX ricotta cheese, sugar and cinnamon until well blended.
SPOON evenly over pancakes. Fold pancakes over filling to enclose.
