- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1 Small Onion, Chopped
- 3/4 cup Barbecue Sauce
- 4 Hamburger Buns, Split
- American Cheese Slices, Green Bell Pepper Rings
1. Brown ground beef with onion in large nonstick skillet over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes or until beef is not pink. Pour off drippings.
2. Stir in barbecue sauce, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp pepper; heat through. Serve in buns with cheese and bell pepper.
