Cookie-wiches

  • Prep Time: 10 Minutes (Total Time: 4 Hour 10 Minutes)
  • Serving Size: 6
  • 1-1/2 cups (1/2 of an 8-ounces tub) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, Not Thawed
  • 12 CHIPS AHOY Real Chocolate Chip Cookies Or CHIPS AHOY Chocolate Chip Cookies
  • 1/4 cup Colored Sprinkles Or Finely Chopped PLANTERS Peanuts (optional)
  • PLACE 1 small scoop (about 1/4 cup) frozen whipped topping on 1 cookie; cover with second cookie to form sandwich. Roll or lightly press edge in sprinkles. Repeat with remaining ingredients to make a total of 6 sandwiches.

    FREEZE 1 hour or until ready to serve. Wrap individually and store in freezer up to 2 weeks.

    Prepare as directed, using Reduced Fat CHIPS AHOY! Chocolate Chip Cookies and COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping.

    Substitute 48 NILLA Wafers for chocolate chip cookies, placing about 1 Tbsp. whipped topping on each of 24 cookies. Continue as directed. Makes 6 servings, 4 sandwiches each.
